Looking over the menu at DeSimone’s Steakhouse is like running into an old friend. Dishes there are pleasantly familiar—the steak oscar’s filet medallions are capped with an asparagus crab cake, and the 22-ounce cowboy steak is served bone-in with a chefs’ blend of seasonings.
